Our team is growing and we are looking for our next New Homes Sales Specialist to provide home buyers with a helpful and exciting experience. Our New Home Sales Specialist will show homes that fit potential buyers’ needs and inform them of all the benefits, products, and possibilities. The ideal candidate for this position will also generate leads and follow up on ones that can be converted into sales.

Compensation:$23 hourly + Bonus and Commission
Responsibilities:

• Maintain model hours in order to meet, greet, and tour visiting customers
• Discover the wants and needs of each customer with expertise and knowledge of the home-building process
• Follow a proven sales system which includes discovery, demonstration, overcoming objections, follow-up, and closing the sale
• Maintain customer database of customers and documents interaction with each customer
• Follow up with all potential customers based on the company follow-up policy
• Write purchase agreements with the customer with expertise and knowledge of the home-building process
• Track and meet sales goals as determined by management
• Uphold the core values of Joyner Homes with customers and other team members
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:Job Qualifications

• Weekend work required
• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience: 2-4 years of related experience (Real Estate license or experience not required)
